Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
We totally get that life happens, and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. So, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. You are able to reschedule / cancel directly from your booking confirmation text. In the event of reschedule (within the grace period) your deposit will be transferred to the scheduled appointment date. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a 20% service fee Same day cancellations or reschedules after the 24 hour grace period will be non-refundable and non-transferable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
